Dr. Catrena Elliott is a Transformational Human Resource Executive with 20+ years of experience with fortune 100 companies. She is the published author of the book "I Love Me, Intentionally: 10 Transformational Principles to Loving You First."

Over the last decade, she has worked with many leaders to look inwardly, so they can become more inclusive leaders who lead from the heart. She is often called the Introspection Leadership Doctor.
