Dr. La Toya Goodrum is Transformational Change Leader and Financial Aid Administrator dedicated to equity, advocacy, access, and opportunity. Her passion is to inspire future generations to approach life with curiosity and courage to question and challenge policies and processes that threaten societal equity and access. She is the voice of those who have been silenced by fear, poverty, inequity, discrimination, and loss of hope. Her voice has encouraged the resurrection of hope in communities and organizations to perpetuate upward mobility and relationships based on integrity, trust, compassion, and love. In 2022, Dr. Goodrum defended and published her dissertation titled: Female African American Higher Education Chief Executives: An Explanatory Mixed-Methods Study of Their use of Personal Power to Dismantle Self-Sabotage.
