Dr. Paula Russell-Nisbett

Dr. Paula Russell Nisbett is a proud New York native. She earned a B.A. degree in Management (Human Resources Management concentration) and an M.S. degree in Organizational Management and Human Resources Development at Manhattanville College. In 2021, Dr. Russell Nisbett received a Doctorate in General Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University.

For over 15 years, Dr. Paula has developed her talents in servicing the public sector. Her career in human resources has blossomed into consulting, training, and developing clients, organizations, and individuals in need of assistance as employers, employees, or organizational leaders and members. Dr. Russell Nisbett currently functions as a human resources and industrial and organizational psychology consultant.
