Dr. Vincent Price is an assistant professor of teaching and learning at the University of Central Arkansas, where he helps develop effective educators for today’s and tomorrow’s classrooms. Generally, his research explores the power of story, representation, and English education. Specifically, he centers the teaching of African American literature in the high school English classroom. Aside from his university work, Dr. Price helps graduate students and academics improve their writing through Price Stamp of Approval, his editing and writing consultation business. Through the network of quality writing support that he provides, he strengthens writing confidence and skill, helping numerous doctoral candidates to complete their dissertations and professors to publish their manuscripts.
