Ms. Mallika Stubbs, Ed.S

Mallika is a veteran educator who is committed to the empowerment of helping others through coaching. She has spent more than 20 years working with diverse groups of student and adult learners in Ohio, Missouri, Kentucky, North, and South Carolina. She has served in many capacities, from classroom teacher to a state-department leader. Mallika is an ICF certified coach with a proven track record of increasing outcomes, supporting organizations on their transformation journey, and providing 1:1 focused leadership coaching for adults. She has experience working at school, district, and state levels designing curriculum, prioritizing standards, and establishing professional learning communities. Her doctoral work focuses on leadership coaching for principals to become transformational leaders by utilizing job-embedded professional development.
