This presentation will discuss existing studies on misappropriation of federal funding for Black and Hispanic students at Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs). It explores challenges in funding allocation, potential consequences on students and institutions, and underlying factors causing misappropriation.
