This presentation will discuss linguistic minority graduate students' perspectives at PWIs, highlighting their experiences around language, ideology, and identity. It will also challenge biases against non-standard linguistic traits, the study accentuates the value of linguistic and epistemic pluralism. Students' sense of belonging is explored through survey data and an ecological lens centered on language, literacy, and citizenship.
