This presentation will discuss how executives and organizations can transform how they recognize, adopt, and monitor effective promotion and recognition practices to assist Black women in reaching the upper echelon of leadership. Mentoring relationships can effectively assist mentees in navigating organizational culture to maximize their professional performance and recognition.
