This presentation will discuss how the workforce development activities for underrepresented students have been particularly disrupted during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and the long-term outcomes will undoubtedly play a role in workforce development, particularly in STEM and particularly for Black, Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC).
