This presentation will discuss affirmative action & pipeline programs for matriculating from undergrad to doctoral scholarship in healthcare & medical sciences, challenges of standardized diversity mechanisms on racialized & gendered scholars, and shaping educational diversity reform to achieve a culturally responsive and sustainable healthcare workforce in the US.
