Dr. Cletis Allen

Dr. Cletis Allen is an Educational Thought Leader with over 12 years of experience in multiple roles in the field, including elementary classroom educator, professional learning facilitator, curriculum auditor and writer, and governing board member for a local Georgia charter high school. Currently, Dr. Allen is the owner and chief consultant of an Atlanta-based elementary education consulting firm, CLETIS Education Consulting. Dr. Allen supports both novice and veteran educators, educational leaders, and professionals with cultivating “Instructional Equity and Excellence” in curriculum and instruction in diverse learning spaces. Outside of education, Dr. Allen is owner and crochet accessories designer for Crochets by Kenya.
