Registration & Membership Information • Discounts are provided to BDN Institutional and Corporate Members. • Registration includes breakfast on Friday, and Saturday and lunch on Thursday and Friday. • Each exhibitor will gain access to all conference sessions for the full three days of the conference. • Booth Bundle Packages include three exhibitor registrations bundled together. • To add additional exhibitors, click "Add Guest" at the bottom of the registration page after entering the first exhibitor’s information. • Registration deadline is September 30, 2024. • Registration fees are non-refundable starting September 19, 2024.

To reserve your advertisement, send the Sponsor and Exhibitor Form and Agreement, payment and digital artwork to BDN by October 1, 2024. The program is prepared in 8 1/2” x 11” format. All ads must be camera ready. PDF or JPEG files accepted. JPEGs must be 300 dpi. Ads must be emailed to contact@blackphdnetwork.com

Conference Program - $2,500

Companies are invited to include company or product information (fliers, postcards, hand sanitizers, pens, etc.) to be placed in every conference tote bag.
Open Table – $300
An Open Table is an unsupervised literature table where attendees can browse at their leisure. The following items are welcome: brochures, educational materials, publications, newsletters and surveys. Individuals or organizations interested in participating in the Open Table must ship materials to BDN headquarters to arrive by October 4, 2024. BDN staff will see that materials are displayed in the Open Table area during the conference. Unused materials will not be returned.
