"The Black Doctoral Network Conference was one of my most pivotal
experiences as an undergrad. Being around that many intelligent Black
individuals was a unique experience that I never would have had otherwise.

The idea to create a gathering of Black PhDs holders was ingenious.
Because of the conference, I now understand why we need it. Furthermore,
my experience was cemented when I was awarded 1st place in the
Undergraduate Poster Competition. I am grateful for that validation and
excited to work closely to support BDN in the future. Thank you."
