Dr. Traci Harrell

Dr. Traci Harrell is a Speaker, Trainer, Consultant, Transformational Coach, and an International Best-Selling Author.  In 2023, Dr. Traci won the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, in recognition of her contributions and solutions, in service of community and country.  She is President of It's All Bigger Than Me Consulting, with a focus on creating permanent Transformations through individual and systems change and impactful shifts in Mindset, Beliefs, and Actions.  Her full-service boutique company specializes in Leadership, Wellness, Entrepreneurship, Youth Development, Inclusion-Diversity-Equity-Belonging, and Social Justice, for leaders, teams, and organizations. Traci served with honor and distinction as President of the National Black MBA Association Seattle Chapter, and she is currently Vice-President of Corporate & Community Affairs.  Dr. Traci Harrell is leading a transformational movement built upon collaboration with Corporate, Collegiate, Civic, and Community organizations, applying the latest research from Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Psychology, and Performance Science.
